ITT: Breakfast recipes I'll start with mine that I'm

1 teaspoon yeast powder
1 tbsp olive oil
100g flour
pinch of salt
half a glass of milk or less (150-200ml)

mix it, cook it in a pan with little oil

pancakes

50g Hemp protein
30g blended almonds
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 1/2 frozen banana
300ml Coconut milk

800~ cals enjoy nigger

I just grill some sausages and throw them in toasted breakfast muffins. Sometimes I also will grill some black pudding as an accompaniment, for dem blood gains.A few cups of strong Yorkshire tea, and I'm on top form.

Ewh. Why not just eat scrambled white eggs, a banana, and cottage cheese on the side?
