Question for anyone on here who benches >= 3 pl8 ? How do you break past 315? The best ive gotten is 315 for 3 reps and maxed out at around 325, I am stalling hard. Does anyone benching around this weight have any tips for me?
keep benching

I increased frequency and volume for back and shoulders to increase my bench last year. They were holding me back.
Also try partials and slingshot.
What is a "pl8"?

variety. it may seem counter-intuitive but my bench increased when i stopped doing weights and focused on dips and some of their more challenging versions. maybe even the mobility work required for them helped my bench

Try to make your muscles stronger
IDK I was doing TM, ended up at 137.5kgx3-4, got injured, only did heavy singles and triples of OHP and 3x8-12 weighted dips then started doing heavy singles and triples of binch and went to 150kgx1 :C

Just keep doing it. I usually go for Smolov JR cycles when I'm trying to hit a new plate. To get to 4pl8 for more than two reps, I'm currently trying some program I found on reddit, Disbrow's Deathbench, so try that maybe.
Honest answer is just get a spotter and keep doing it.

1 pl8 means 45 pounds on each side
45 x 3 = 135
