Deadlift and dips some days, squat and OHP others. Creative and extremely difficult carries everyday. Make it fun, sandbags, kegs, push or drag some shit, farmer's walk. Keep you strong and works a ton of different shit.

Workouts need not be longer than a half hour.

I've heard/read 70% of what you did to get there would be enough to maintain, but that is assuming equal volume and same movements.

If we're cutting down movements, I would wager you'd want to stick to as many big ones as feasible. Obviously you're not going to be clean & jerking for two hours.
