may i ask why you said he's low test? just memeing or can you tell by body frame? wouldn't genetics play a roll in what testosterone can do to the body with training? pls no bullyi'm really curious if there are phyiscal tells to being low t. i always thought it was high body/face fat wide hips and big eyes.

not meming testosterone plays an enormous role in skeletal and muscular development, op will never be aesthetic w/o steroids. no amount of lifting can raise test enough to change that. sorry for truthing

Low carb high fat cut in summer, lots of protein bulk in the winter

Vegetarian, noporn. No more alcohol, if I wanna get fucked up I vape weed. I'm 6'6" so I should give up on being built but I figure I can try for aesthetics, right brehs?
