So I don't know if it's my chronic fapping addiction or what, but my right bicep is more buff than my left. How do I go about evening this out?
My current theory is that if I limit myself to the capabilities of my left arm, ie, if I can only do 8 reps with my left then that's what I'll do with my right.
Would that work to even it out? Also, quitting fapping so much obviously.
