Anyone wear knee sleeves? My right knee has a very slight pain

They won't help you heal cartilage or anything like that but they will keep the joint nice and warm and help them feel better. Plus I feel like it helps me be more aware of my knees during the movement

I bought a pair a while ago but I haven't worn them due to not squarting heavy. My one knee would hurt no matter what during squats (probably because my job requires me to walk 10 miles a day). I said fuck it and wore them twice now and my knees feel way better during and after. Also I'm taking mk677 maybe thats why but I doubt it.

I wear them all the time for lifting. All they really help with is keeping warm unless you're sizing them super tight and need two other people to pull them on

Ordered some the other day since I plan on squatting more and from experience I could use the extra support.

ye i bought a pair of compression sleeves and they help with a bit of nagging pain when i start (before my knees have warmed up). also gives a bit of a boost to help get out of the hole in the bottom. unless ur ego lifting, they're worth it

Ironic because no one in your family runs.If you started, actually ran with proper form, and didn't have the "gotta go fast" mentality, running will actually help your knees despite what the dumb memes will tell you.

I've had bad experiences with support gear (belt, sleeves, etc.). The lift never feels right when I wear these because I feel like I focus too much on my knees when I squat down. If your knee is hurting it is most likely your form causing it. Or it could be the leg press I would avoid that completely.
