How do I condition myself to see food as nothing but fuel? Not

How do I condition myself to see food as nothing but fuel? Not interested in fleeting motivation. I've lost 20 kilos over the past year and am so close to hitting my goal but I keep slipping now into the new year for some reason.

Tell me /fit/ how do I gain this mindset? I simply don't think iifym is an option anymore. Not without binging..

Make your own food.
I usually mix all the shit in one bowl and just eat it. I looks like something you would feed a pig.
For example: 100g oats, 300g low fat yogurt, and a drained can of tuna. Add some tomatoes or diced pepper and just eat that shit. It's not very tasty, but it does it's job.

no, i just calculate my macros and calories. Figure out what food is needed to reach that level, throw all shit in a bowl and eat. I even add flour to omlettes just to skip eating bread.

Ahhh I see. So just for each meal separately. Still a good approach. I tend to calculate my calories and macros for the day ahead of time. Maybe that's my downfall.

try eating healthy, i find it very hard to gain weight eating plain food. The plainer the food, the harder to eat more.
