So I'm gonna try to stay away from carbs but I have a hard time time finding alternatives to what I usually have for lunch or dinner. It's always rice, pasta or potatoes 95% of the time. I thought parboiled rice was better than long grain but I guess not. Chicken is a staple of most of my meals. Any ideas guys?
I'm in the same boat OP so I'll bump in hopes for some advice

Yeah dude lentils, chickpeas, and beans
Legumes is what you're looking at and you can make many meaty tasty recipes from them from soup to thick stew style and rebaked in a cassulet so many many options. And their high in fiber and super good for you. I love legumes I'm gonna stop nerding out now...

full keto doesn't work for me at all, i'm like a zombie when i tried for a month, my workouts were shit, my energy during the day too, so when i'm cutting i simply eat lot less carbs but still has some on breakfast and lunch, oin dinner is salad and chicken, maybe some lentils or beans too, but nothing much, this was my diet last cut
>breakfast is 1 scoop whey, a large banana, 2 eggs and 50g chicken on whole wheat bread
>snack is some peanuts, agout 50g
>lunch is lean meat or chicken, chickpeas, brazilian style black beans, brown rice and veggies (brocoli, peas, aspargus, carrots and cale or some leaf)
>snack is a protein bar or some shit like that, maybe a scoop
>dinner is a leaf salad with mozzarella and chicken, i also make a really good sauce with garlic, lemon, chicken water and pepper
