What most people don't realize is that being a manlet is a huge advantage when it comes to building muscle. You (more or less) build muscle at the same rate as someone who is 6'4 but since your muscles are so much shorter you'll see a significant change much more quickly. 22 is young as fuck and you'll have no attaining that physique so long as you stay disciplined and DO CARDIO.
