Minor herniated disc, see doctor sooner than later. If you've caught something in it's very minor stages consider yourself the luckiest person in the world right now.

Don't lift or run or pick up heavy objects. Don't take any chances one visit now will save you 20 chiropractor visits, 20 yoga classes, 20 days in bed, 20 days losing the will to live and 3-6 months unable to workout, and a 1 year break from jogging. Also hope you work in an office or something that doesn't require you to move about.

You don't want one of them thing popping out/splitting or you'll end up like me, bed bound for weeks in agony having to put jeans on rolling around on the floor and putting 18mm plyboard on your mattress to relieve pain scared to sneeze. I only have a minor problem and possibly compressed nerve.

Or it could be something minor like you need to stretch more. But don't think you're invincible because you're not in your 30s yet. It's all downhill after 21.

Don't you have a family doctor you see? Usually they'll refer you to a specialist, if necessary. You typically can't just show up to a specialist without a referral (at least in my experience).

Just book a GP visit. No point self diagnosing and going straight to a specialist just to have them refer you to a GP.

How old are you OP?

Not OP, however few hours after workout I sometimes feel a tenderness in the middle of my back. It's not in the center where the spine runs but a little bit more on the right, almost at rib-height.

It's faint but when i jerk or sneeze (i.e. do something violent) it feels like a deep soreness.
Then it goes away and it's difficult to feel it or locate it again.
If I use a foam roller to locate it it hurts like a bitch. The pain feels like when you push hard on a bruise tho.

sounds like a pinched nerve or a pulled muscle, as long as the pain isn't in your spine you should be fine
just stretch, foam roll and try to figure out what exercises give you the soreness

would it help if i said that im almost completely sure it was due to doing pendley rows with too high weight (hence not handling the form correctly)?

That was 2 weeks ago, I have since fixed my form and lowered the weight so that my execution is proper now. However, the tenderness still comes back when I go to bed after the workout day.

If I were to tell you where is the spot I'm talking about, its more or less about the red circle in pic related.
