I double checked the meatballs I've been eating and discovered their calorie to protein ratio is awful.
I'm a lazy fuck. What frozen food/meat product is dirt-simple to prepare, can be bought in large amounts, and fits the macros of 1g protein /10 calories or higher?

Chicken Breast
Buy a pressure cooker.
You can make God tier juicy chicken tits by literally applying seasoning, putting some water in, hitting the button and walking away.
Boneless skinless chicken breast is 1.99 a pound here and it's got amazing protein.

frozen chicken breasts. I pay tree fiddy for 1kg of breasts, i let them defrost in the sink and then cook all at once in the oven.
I literally buy a package of frozen chicken breast and several packages of frozen veggies. Separate them into meals, wrap each meal in foil and throw them in the oven. When done, I move each one from the foil to its own Tupperware container and have microwavable meals for the whole week.
Takes about 15 minutes of prep time, an hour of it cooking and 10 minutes to transfer to containers.

Why not just buy skinless chicken leg quarters or something?
They last for 6 days in the fridge and have 140 calories and 19g protein per 100grams (they are 33% bone, so calculate 100grams total weight as 66g meat).
Breast has too little fats for me since I just eat complex carbs along with it.
Literally just dump it in the oven for 15 minutes and you're done.
