Do push up on yours knees and if you're gonna do a pushup make sure you do it right not a autism pushup, YouTube it if your not sure

Do them each and every time you're in the gym, same with dips. If possible do them every day. I wasn't able to rep out 3 pull-ups or 3 dips but now I can do 7 and 10 respectively. I know the difference isn't that big but progressing feels good
