I almost never drink alcohol. However I had three rather potent IPAs last night.
I woke up today and my muscles were very sore. Is this normal from alcohol consumption?
My general weekly regiment is three days of jiu jitsu and three days of lifting with occasionally two days off a week.
I eat very healthy also, I'm just wondering if my body is more susceptible to the toxins of alcohol due to my healthy life style and if this feeling is normal.
If its normal why the fuck would anyone drink alcohol weekly let alone daily?
