Hi /fit/. Fat fuck here.
Back in June 2016 I had a real bad fuckin' gout attack. I didn't realize it was gout until the doc told me, said it's a pre-diabetic disease, can lead to cardiac arrest, etc. I hate that this was my wake up call but I think I'm going in the right direction?
When I was weighed at the doctors office I was 330, I do my official weigh in every Sunday morning but today I took a peek and it's at 285~. Hated the holidays this year because when I finally decided I wanted to get control of my life everyone wants to feed your fat ass. And I got sick.
Is my goal realistic? Am I going to make it or should I just assume I'll be fat forever? I want to keep going - hell, I was actually EXCITED to go to the gym this morning for a change.
Pic related is my weight log. My dumb ass got a log started around August so it starts around 311 instead.
Bro I was 6'4 and 392lbs. If I can do it, you can do it.
I'm 6'4 200lbs at the moment (I've been as low as 194lbs)

Just keep at it bruh. You'll make it.

you'll make it mate, I was 150kg (330lbs) @ 5'10'' and I'm 90kg (200lbs) 2 years later
Grats bro, you'll make it. Bigger you are, faster you can lose. When it seems like progress is slowing down, first check what you're doing is good, make adjustments, and keep going bro. We're all going to make it.
