Does everyone have this lump below their dick, just above balls? It doesn't hurt when I touch it but it's noticeable. I've also been getting random testicle pains every now and then on my left nut but when I feel it I don't notice anything suspicious, it feels normal.

It might be what is called a fordyce spot and they're perfectly normal. My dick is actually covered in them and I always thought they were something wrong until I went to my doctor and got tested. Just google it and see if it looks the same
