Former armlets:
What are your favorite tricep exercises? I've been doing skull crushers as a supplement to standard bench press, but I still don't feel like I'm getting a great workout.
This is my routine for that day
>squats
>ohp
>Bradford press
>bench
>incline DB flies (Gooby version)
>Skull crushers
Any suggestions? What do you guys do?
Pic not related.

A normal standing tricep extension is the superior version of skullcrushers
>>40072411
Thanks, I'll try these next time
>>40072365
Gonna need sauce on them milk duds
>>40072365
ever thought about finishing with some diamond push ups?
>>40072845
Not sure. Got it from here.
>>40072411
Thanks again for this. Did it tonight and it made me realize how weak my triceps actually are.
>>40072859
Good idea. I'll probably start doing that as a finisher

Search for the character Jill Valentine. You will get a shit ton of results, but you'll just have to fap to all of it until you find it.
I did calisthenics for a year and my triceps blew up. Pushups, diamond pushups, dips. Never did any tricep isolation
>>40072365
I got the best results from weighted dips and close grip bench press.
>Bradford press
Googled it, looked dumb
probably because ur not hitting ur whole triceps
you know that triceps attach in the shoulder, right? you know that triceps assist in shoulder extension, right?
which means that pushdowns, skullcrushers and most other common tricep exercises doesn't really have full ROM

do these for high reps and thank me later
the same can be applied to biceps to some extend, but only really useful when doing bb curls (bringing elbows up in front of the bar slightly at the top)

>Excuse me sir, you're doing these wrong, let me show you how to do them correctly
>Also would you be interested in some private sessions for just 60$ a pop?
Literally what would happen in my gym, the trainer guy would probably try to shill some BCAA or something too
Chains, on every feasible lift that involves arms
>>40074102
Try it before you knock it. Also helps with shoulder mobility
>>40074151
Thanks, but I was actually doing this motion already. Guess I just thought they were skull crushers. I'll try it for higher reps next time and see how it feels
