Was it just a bad day or is this the limitation of being natty? I'm only 22 and felt godly until today, are bad lift days something that just happens or am I doing too much?

you burnt out. its ok to lift every day but know when you arent feeling 100% and do something different like machines or get an arm pump, or just stretch and do recovery stuff (ice baths, yoga, overeating etc).

Take a rest weekend and make sure to eat enough. Bad days at the gym is a normal thing.

Good observation! You burn out in about 7 weeks if constantly training without rests.

You should take a week off every 6-10 weeks depending on how hard you're going at it.
At 7 days a week you should probably do it every 6 weeks.
