So i've been doing SL for 6 months now, and i just moved on to PPL.
I've been bulking on SL the last 6 months and i was wondering if it was possible to make some gainz while on 2000 calories and 200g protein pr day with PPL?
SL has caused me to have minimal bicep/tricep gainz so maybe i could get some noob gainz there while on a cut.

And PPL works fine, even on a cut. Just make sure recovery is on point..that´s all.
