So for the past week I've been doing nothing but squats, sit ups, push ups and cardio every day. Not looking for huge gains just looking to lose my tits. I don't have access to a gym so I was wondering can this work?

Eating at a caloric deficit will help you lose your bitch tits. Exercise and proper diet is the way to achieve a caloric deficit. Your post doesnt mention your diet, your diet is the most important part of the equation.

I'm in the same boat OP. Last week I started training just to loose weight. I started at 226lbs, im now 220, my goal is 198.
After that I'm going to swap the elliptical and diet program with a SS program and try to lower my BF %.
I think this is the best way to go. I don't think I will be able to loose that weight while lifting. Muscle weighs more than fat.

oh and shit, my diet program is not very advanced. Since my wife cooks healthy food for me, I eat the same, just not as much. F.ex. My dinner plate is now 2/3 of what it used to be and for breakfast, lunch and evening I eat less bread and more protein rich food like eggs, cottage cheese, oatmeal etc
