Is doing squats without direct ab work a guaranteed hernia down the line?

You can use reaction images instead of youtube buddy this is an imageboard
quaid, start the reactor!
I think hernia risk is quite often genetic.
I saw a guy get a hernia squatting less than 2 plate with what looked like decent enough form.
Whereas I've pushed up some 3+ plate reps with terrible form, pulled 6+ plate deads with less than decent form and never had even a minor injury to my abs or back.

I think it's more to do with your general mobility; wether tissues stretch or break.
sometimes when I deadlift during my warm up sets I feel something moving in my abs
at the end of my warm up session this feeling is over and then I do my actual heavy sets without feeling anything
is this hernia?
how can I know if I have hernia?

My Dad and brother both got hernias, so I guess I need to be really careful.

Hernia is when a section of your intestines squeezes through a hole in your abdominal muscles. I think most hernias are palpable if you feel around with your fingertips. Painful too I'd imagine.
