Reminds me of a friend of mine. He says he goes to the gym every day. He walks on the treadmill for 30 minutes at like 2mph, occasionally does the workout classes, but hasn't cleaned up his diet. I lost 15 pounds since Christmas by buying a kitchen scale, and tracking everything I eat via MyFitnessPal, and I only went to the gym 3 times since Boxing Day.
