Anyone successfully done Greg Plitt's MFT28 routine?

you made this thread. lemme guess, you're either dyel or extremly retarded. i guarantee he didn't that to achieve that physicue. as for the routine it's kinda retarded. not the volume or intensity or anything, but the excercises themselves. sure it's retarded to do the same muscle, two times a day, at high intensity, at extremly high volume. it's hard but it's unproductive. don't buy into the whole if it's hard it good. it's built to seem impressive because it has all those meme excercises that nobody has heard of, since they are too retarded to exist.
so no, i don't think anyone sane would do it. and if they did, you could achieve better results with a proper split, a ppl or even PHUL routine. dare i say that even ss would be better ?

Do starting strength for two months; then do this brosplit program for three months; then start training every muscle group twice a week. Or you could start training two muscle groups everyday: Chest & Back / Shoulders & Arms / Legs and Abs / Rest and then start up cycle again.
