imo video games are an outlet to replace fitness/sports. when you grow out of most video games, you realize not only is working out fun and amazing for personal health, you feel like you're not wasting your time (because you aren't), and you will ALWAYS wish you started earlier.

It's like how you will never think "i started studying for that exam too early", you only regret starting too late.

I feel you, i got shitty teeth because nobody taught to brush until I got 14, but at that time they were beyond repair, and I struggle with them to this day.
Wish that some day I will have enought money to get some surgery that won't fuck up my teeth to the end of my life. You know, like having to go to the dentist every week for checkups.
