So I got my cholesterol checked today and I thought the results would be quite high, because I eat a shitload of fat, including tons of saturated fat, but surprisingly I scored below the norm. Is this normal? Can I afford to not to worry?
bump, because this thread is too easy to miss due to the small pic

woah, thems some crazy numbers
My cholesterol improved dramatically on Atkins diet. My TGLs were over 300 consistently, LDL too high and HDl too low. Also, BP too high. Now, 2 years of mostly low carb dieting and everything within normal range. And I eat bacon and eggs for breakfast erry morning.

How would you compare my numbers to mine? Were you sarcastic about "crazy numbers"?
Brofist, I indulge myself with bacon and eggs too.

Ive never heard of someone being below the reference value for total cholesterol is all I was getting at.
My most recent numbers were like

Looks like you do Cardio.
Stop fucking bumping this shit thread, you can clearly see the ranges on the numbers you should hit which you did, how do you not understand them? Did your doc not explain them to you? Are american or something ridiculous?
Is this proof that I can go over the daily recommended SatFat intake (not excessively) and still have a healthy Cholesterol level?
I lift and do cardio regularly, and have low BF

I got these at a commercial lab, so no one really explained me if there's something wrong.
