Only started lifting about 6 weeks ago. been bulking at 3k cals a day. Been noticing decent strength gains and some subtle size gains too. Today was incredibly busy at work and I only are around 1200 cals. And I'll probably on,y be able to bump that up to about 1800 with the food Iv got in the house. Probably only going to get 100 grams of protein out of my target of 180 in today.
Unfortunatly the next 3 days will be similar. My question is, would lifting be doing me any good while I'm missing my cal goals so drastically. It's only going to be for 4 or 5 days total so I know it won't effect the big picture but I have no idea weather your suppose to skip gym sessions during times like this or just life and stick to my routine regardless.

Going to make a better effort to get more calls in over the next few days. Even if I can't get to my goal of 3000, gonna atleast try stay over 2
eat as much as you possibly can. need dem calories for energy and dem proteins for muscle rebuilding

Better question. What's the least amount of cals and protein I can get away with for the next few days. 3000 cal and 180 protein are my ideal points so at what point to I need to stay near for it to be deemed acceptable although not ideal
