How do I get rid of the nauseous feeling when working out/cardio?

How do I get rid of the nauseous feeling when working out/cardio? I have to keep stopping early during cardio because I feel like puking. Id stay and push through If I knew I wouldnt actually puke, but its happened before.

Today was rice and hard boiled eggs, mommy made them. Though I ate around 1:40pm and I just finished my workout at 7:30, so its not like I was stuffed. Back when I used to lift in high school I didnt eat anything and still felt nauseous sometimes. Is it just shit endurance?

Usually eating too soon before working out can cause nausea since your jiggling shit around in your stomach. I would suggest staying hydrated, doing bike or elliptical since it doesn't stir things up and pacing yourself during lifts.

I have this happen to me too during intense cardio. It doesn't even matter what I have or haven't eaten. I think it's just a wall that you hit where your body tells you to calm down for a bit. The better shape I get into to longer it takes to get to that point. I've never really researched it though.
