No you idiot. That means your heart is super strong. Elite athletes like cylclers have BPMs as low as 30.

Basically your has to pump a certain amount of blood per minute to keep your body supplied. When your BPM is lower, it means your heart pumps more blood per beat.

No. If you're really worried about it though, I'd see a doctor. It's probably just hypochondria

Check your blood pressure
If it is below 90/60 then check if you have any of these symptoms
Dizziness or lightheadedness
Fainting (syncope)
Lack of concentration
Blurred vision
Nausea
Cold, clammy, pale skin
Rapid, shallow breathing
Fatigue
Depression
Thirst
if you have any of those symptoms go see a doctor
