How effective is intermittent fasting compared to other forms of dieting? Right now I'm skipping breakfast, going to have a protein dilled lunch and a relatively small dinner.
Very good for cutting. There's only so much you can eat in an 8 hour period(or whatever you're doing).

This is what skele's actually believe.
I could eat 3000 calories in 15minutes if I wanted to.
As effective as eating less calories then you burn as every other method of weightloss is. IF's only real claim to fame is it allows for you to a couple large meals and not feel like your missing much.
I enjoy it mostly because if something comes up and I know i'll be going out with friends - to drink or for dinner or something else, I can just have a slightly smaller lunch and have a massive amount of calories available later in the day.
But its not magic, calories still matter. macros still matter.
