I pretty much overeat on my days off. I always feel like shit, but I just get so bored when I'm not working. Maybe this is why people date.
Just become a shut-in like me.
Literally stick to my macros/calories so easily. Nobody to judge me for autistically weighing everything out and only eating things I know the exact macros of.
