goddammit I hate when this happens.
I feel like I've lost more than gain, but also my motivation.
I've just moved back to my town from back my parents after spending the holidays with high fever and now I've to move out in a different city because I've got a new job.
It's one month that I can't work out properly and now for another month it will be harder because of the new job and my moving out.
The really bat thing is that I'm starting to feel more tired already, I'm having back pains and shit like that. Only now I'm really understanding the benefit of a constant weekly training

Me 2 weeks ago.
Completely lost my appetite. Felt like I was losing everything I worked so hard for. But I'm feeling better now and haven't suffered in the gym that much. Shit happens.

I got a pretty bad one when traveling to the other coast earlier this year. Otherwise I never get sick where I live. Eat foods that will help your immune system
