Wrist curls, reverse grip barbell curls, dead hangs and farmer carries.

Is this guy giving good advice? I could never watch more than 5sec every time he's posted on /fit/ because of his shit face

Lmao hes genuinely a cool dude, interact with him on instagram an yeah he gives good advice, i just did this workout and I've been using it occasionally the past couple months and my forearms definitely are growing along with biceps and that vascularity tho
Usually I set the bar up in the squat rack, load 2 45s on each side, overhead press the bar, then flex my wrists forward directly over my head 5x5.

There is a thread dedicated to this problem.

Wrist rollers, 5xf or completion every other day at whatever weight makes you just uncomfortable enough, start with 5lbs, when you can roll it up and down flawlessly five times and still have it in you for one more, add 2.5lbs.
Seems like a meme, is actually forearm GOAT.
Farmer's walks (heavy for short-medium distance, so around 15-20 metres)-current PR is 130kg per hand for 15m
Double overhand deads-current PR 200kg, 150 with a smooth axle
Generally using an axle for various exercises, mostly clean and press

I did a forearm day once and the next day I couldn't even use my hands for anything because of the DOMS, never isolating forearms for 2 hours in 1 gym session ever again
