You can't. Even if you move into a new house, your parent's will come over and do most of the work on it, thereby by making it their house.

The only solution is to wait until either they die, or you die. If they die first, you become homeless. If you die first, you get reincarnated and the whole thing starts over again.

So don't worry be happy now.

Get a job and an apartment.
Also, get a roommate if you need one to afford a place.
Also, be ready to need a cosigner if you're young and/or don't have much credit history.
