Sucks to have shit genetics doesn't it? My friend who I personally know that doesent use steroids, benches 245,deadlifts 500 and squats over 350 at 6 2 and literally lightly lifted and did cross fit for a year. He weighed 210 and has shredded abs, and frequently admits he never counted protein, or any food for that matter and just ate shit like chips and candy frequently. It sucks to have pleb genes. Why can't we all be born that way?
