fucking christ. what am i doing wrong /fit/? could it be how far apart my hands are? stance? i dont know at this point, all the other lifts ive got down including front squats but back squats without some kind of problem are still evading me
Mobility issue. Move your hands out, not to the degree where you loose tightness.
Or swap ro highbar if you donr care about moving numbers

high bar hurts my shins, near my patellar tendons. im not able to pinpoint the cause but i literally had 25s on the bar and got a sharp pain that lasted for days. low bar and wider stance gives me no issues besides my wrists and elbows so that seemed more sensible
