Been eating 3200 cals a day at 5'11/148lbs for a month while doing Zyzz's hypertrophy routine consistently. Current diet plan :
Breakfast : 4 eggs, 2 cups of whole milk, 4 toasts (900 cals)
Lunch : 1/2 lb of pasta with sauce (1000 cals)
Dinner : 1 cup of yellow rice, 1/2 lb of baked chicken (900 cals)
Post dinner : 2 cups of whole milk, 1 protein shake (300 cals)
I havent gained a single pound since I started. Was eating 2800 cals a day before that for about 3 months, was stalling at 148 back then as well.
I dont have a job, i ride my motorcycle to the gym and I sit at home all day aside from working out. If i do do something, it usually doesnt involve much physical effort. I work out 5x days a week.

Not really. Have been doing a hypertrophy based routine. I was doing a strength based routine about 4-5 months ago and dirty bulking hard. Got up to 165 and about 20% bf. Looked like shit but got up to 115/175/315/225. My DL s always been really weak. I ve tried progressive overloading on this routine but i end up having to drop to really low weight to finish due to fatigue

I literally just named what i eat every single day. I use measuring cups and a scale for everything that goes in my mouth. I finish every plate. Every day

Get bloodworks checked, and the only other option you have is to eat more than than. Just add 1 liter of Milk during the day for an easy 600-700 calories more a day.

Wasnt asking for advice on the routine. The "lol but no roids" meme is getting stale. I m doing lots of volume and giving muscles appropriate rest time. My muscles arent going to stop rebuilding themselves because i m not roiding

What should i look out for ? I got my blood tested a few months ago and as far as i know, everything was normal. Do you really think it s healthy for me to eat 4000 cals at a sedentary lifestyle at 148 lbs ?

What was your test level?
Also I'm not a dietician, I can only offer you my uneducated advice. If you don't gain weight, you're not gaining muscle, and if I would be in the same situation I'd look and eating more food. If that fails then probably go check for Thyroid problems or so

Not too sure, wasnt given the results. All i was told was that everything was in the normal range. I have a pretty strong sex drive, stable mood, deep voice and consistent hair growth. As far as i know, i have optimal test levels

Roider protein synthesis lasts 5 to 7 days and natty is 1 to 2. This is is why roiders can hit chest once a week and get results from brosplits while natties don't continually rebuild their chest throughout the week.
But what do I know, I'm just a natty that runs a routine that doesn't depend upon steroid levelso of protein synthesis.
Unless you are overestimating how much you eat and underestimating how much you are burning you should be gaining weight.
How are your shits? Have you visited another country in the past 6 months? Maybe you have a worm.

Occasionally i wake up an hour early because of stomach pains and i take 2-3 diarrhea shits but i m assuming that s from all the lactose. I visited another city recently but i feel alright. Like i said, i measure EVERYTHING i eat and i never leave anything
