I feel like it may be a long shot that the same anon will see this, but a few weeks ago I asked /fit/ if there was a way I could loose twenty pounds by mid march so I could go parachuting with my bro. One anon posted a reply in pic related and I felt it was my best shot. Could the anon or any other anons who know this diet tell me how the food listed in the pic should be prepared?
3 eggs, but how should they be cooked? scrambled, over easy? with oil or butter? and so on.
plain yogurt or can berried be added?
Baked chicken with cup of rice, should it be a breast or thigh? big or small piece? one or two? should the rice be brown or will white be ok? any specific or special way the chicken should be cooked?

Just eat 500 cal under your TDEE, check TDEE every two weeks or so and repeat. You'll lose weight healthily instead of going 1000cal a day mode that this is suggesting.

I like the concept of the exercise bike every day and simple meal plan, portion sizes were seeming pretty small.
my TDEE was 3100 from a website's calculation with a sedentary lifestyle. So shoot for 2600 along with exercise?
