Very new lifter here
I am having a problem. My left (non-dominant) arm is much weaker that my right arm. I am mostly doing exercises right now that use both arms like pic related. My right arms always feels much more fatigued than the left.
Should I be doing extra exercises for my left arm, less for my right arm, or a combination? Or will it just 'work itself out' using both arms at the same time?

OP, have the same problem and I solved it by using one 40lb dumbbell for curls for just my left arm. Do 3X5 reps every other day and it will even out. :)

I had the same problem with slight unbalances , just use dumbells instead of bars for some time, maybe force 1-2 extra reps on the weak side
I had the same problem with my biceps, when doing db curls and db rows, I always do my left arm first and I make sure my right arm does not pass the number of reps I did. Now they're almost even, in both strength and size.
For barbell exercises, I just don't notice the difference.
Just switch your curls to dbs and do em one at a time.
