Hi. I want to do an upper lower routine and train my glutes all those days... so 4x a week. Is that too much?

Depends on what you're doing.

Deadlifts and Squats become harder to do more than 2.5 times per week when you reach more than a couple of plates

You only work your glutes in the lower body days m8, it's called upper-lower for a reason

Squats and deadlifts are not glute exercises. I mean glute bridges/hip thrusts, cable pull throughs, kickbacks, back extensions...

Squats and deadlifts are not glute exercises.
Squats and more so Deadlifts are absolutely glute exercises. In fact they're the single best compounds for large weight volumes, which is exactly what the upper glutes need.

Hip thrusts and lunges are also fantastic for big weight but discounting deadlifts is just ridiculous
