Day 1 :
20x14 biceps curls
10x12 hammer curls
5x10 concentrated curls
5x10 isolated biceps curls
Day 2:
20x10 bench press
10x10 inclined bench press
10x10 declined bench press
5x15 flies
5x15 inclined flies
Day 3: Rest
Day 4:
10x15 lat pull downs wide
10x15 lat pull downs narrow grip
5x10 OHP
10x12 shoulder press with dumbbells
5x10 wide shoulder dumbbell pulls or whatever the fuck those are called
Day 4 : Day 1 (and the whole thing repeated)
What do you think? No legs cause I don't care about them (I hit cardio from time to time).
Figured following another man's program is the most beta thing to do so I made my own when I started lifting 5 months ago - what are some mandatory exercises that I should add?
