Hey.
I'm tired of doing regular dumb standing curls.
What other shit can I do with dumbells that will work on my arms?

Ah - For triceps I'm currently doing pulldowns with 100LBs. Is extension better?
Also, what for biceps?

Uh
>>40016421
Just do rows and pull ups
People who isolate their arms are just wasting time

I usually do pull ups - I understand chin ups are better for your arms, but after pull ups I can't do chinups for shit.
Also, does isolating mean working on bicep and tricep in seperate excercises?

God I really want to see what your 100 lb pull downs look like

Hammers, tricep extensions behind head and leaning on something behind you, incline bicep curl on bench, concentration curls
I'm always a fan of getting a plate and curling it, then straightening arms out in front of me, then pulling back to body, raising above head, then lower behind back
hits tris and bis @ godtier

Hi Rip.
Thank you.
Concentration curls, careful not to tear your bicep if you feel a twinge in your bicep stop asap

I like plate exercises too, I have big hands so I will grab two 35lb plates and curl them, Its freaking brutal
I fucking love seated controlled DB hammer curls
I'm personally a fan of spider curls. Here, have a video.

Is it common to tear a bicep while doing concentration curls or something?
>>40017040

Concentration curls, incline curls, hammer curls, spider curls

Ive seen videos of both and it scared the shit out of me. I am a tall mother fucker so I have to put in greater amounts of TOT so I need to be extra careful
