You over slept bro I get the same I seem to function better with 6-7hrs. Set an alarm get up early hit the gym should help pump you up a bit for the day

There's a reason the National Sleep Foundation recommends 7-9 hours rather than just a minimum of 7. Sleeping more than 9 hours doesn't make up for previous lost sleep, either.
