I'm 5'7 and 82 KG. What the fuck is my problem? is it just too much body-fat? Would cutting down to 72 KG do anything for aesthetics?

It's telling me to eat 1850 calories per day for 120 days to go from 82 KG to 72 KG.

Activity set to VERY LIGHT @ work, and LIGHT for out of work activity. (Lifting 4 days a week, some cardio on other day maybe)

recalculate every week(more precise) and cut 200-500 cals
the number you see there is a mean value of one week, on training days your tdee is higher, on rest day lower -> change accordingly and you will be fine.

if you rigorously follow a 500kcal cut as an example, you should lose about half a kg of weight -> change in tdee(even if slightly) -> change in your range of kcal
