I ate tons of processed carbs and biscuits/crisps/chocolate/ice cream until I fixed my diet. You simply cannot enjoy vegetables and other good food when your diet is shit

Best method is to simply eat a plate of veg and drink a glass of water every time you crave sugar. Not only will it fill you up, but over time it'll change your gut flora and taste profile towards veg and healthier diet in general.
