Is this routine okay for beginners? I just started it this week and am seeing alot of people on bb.com saying it is shit. If not this, what should I do?

Any routine that promises you "X results in 12 weeks" is most likely bogus, especially one that claims you'll be an advanced bodybuilder in 12 weeks.
Just do one of the beginner routines in the sticky. Also, read the sticky.

the main thing is doing the main 4 compounds. deadlift, squat, bench, and OHP.
you can add whatever you want after you finish those. most people add curls, chinups/pullups, or dips.
