Helps to prevent the conversion of testosterone into DHT. Saw Palmetto is the more important supplement. It does essentially the same thing IIRC, but it may have more powerful hair growth efficacy than even fin, as some have suggested. I've been doing the above regiment for about 6 months, and my hair is thicker than it was in high school 10 years ago.

Shampoo won't do shit to stop your hair loss, no matter how much saw palmetto extract, caffeine and copper peptides they put in it. The only topical that works that isn't liposomal Finasteride is RU58841.

It means you're particularly sensitive to a type of testosterone and that an increased amount of it will surround and suffocates your hair follicles. You could be super high test but still have a full head of hair if you're not sensitive to it.

Fin, Dut and SP works by inhibiting the three types of the 5-AR enzyme, although Fin only inhibits typ II and III. Now, lowering DHT in itself shouldn't be too hazardous but via the way it's lowered it can cause collateral damage.
