How bad is it training arms every workout?
I have been training bis and tris after every SL 5x5 workout for 4 months. They are getting nice and juicy.
Why doesn't eveyone do this?

You need to let go of your autistic notions that everything is black and white. Just because you can squat atg does not mean anyone can. Just because your arms respond positively to it does not mean it works the same for everyone.
I dont work my arms specifically at all, they look nice with compound lifts. That does not mean nobody should do arm work
Glad to see you doing assistance work on top of SL
I do a bicep and a tricep exercises 2 out of 3 workout days.
Monday: db curls, skull crushers
Wednesday: lat raises, back raises
Friday: db hammer curls, CGBP

it's bad when it interferes with the progress on the main lifts. that's pretty much the golden rule when it comes to assistance work/cardio/whatever.

diminished returns

Laziness/lack of time.
I usually train my back and arms every workout, otherwise they just get hit with enough frequency to grow

thats not what autistic means

it doesnt matter. it has become a meme adjective/word and idiots will insert it anywhere.
>epic
>literally
>really?! (the ultimate one word punchline)
etc...

The compulsive need to have everything neatly compartmentalized in order to structure your day has nothing to do with the rampant autism you find around here? Fair enough.
My point still stands, arbitrary rules that help mentally challenged people to go on about their day are not helpful for living in this world.
