is like 1600 calories enough? it seems a little low. I thought guys were supposed to eat around 2200 calories. What can I eat for more calories?

How are 2 serving of oats 360 cals, you need to up your oat game and your definition of a serving boy

Here's my daily oats

add a serving of pb to your oats or have 2 eggs. also add a serving of olive oil to each of your chicken meals
