plz halp fit i need halllpp
optimal? dunno
I work for 2-3 hours cause i got nothing better to do
>>39998791
don't know about optimal but I work out for around 90 to 120 mins when I do weights and about 70 mins if you include stretching on cardio days

Like an hour and a half.
You can't just rush a workout. You either rest to little between sets and fail your set like a bitch or go light like a pussy and your just doing light cardio for 60 minutes with rest sessions.
Be a man and commit time. If your workout says its 60 minutes long you ain't finna leave 55 minutes later. If you do your doing it wrong.

I have a busy job, so my sessions are usually about 30 minutes long. The key is that you spend that time hitting your limit and working hard. You can say you work out for 2 hours, but if it isn't an effective routine and you rest more than you work then it means nothing.

I workout in the morning before work; routine is trimmed to about 40minutes everayday.

dunno. like two hours or one and a half.
When I was in school like 2-2.5 hours
Now that I have like half as much time it's 1-1.5 hours
I hate it

Lift for an hour to an hour and a half. Spend another half hour /coldshower/ and hot tub. Another 30-45min doing yoga.
That's about my whole routine.
every fucking time lmao
Usually finish in about an hour and ten minutes. Little rest in between sets.
I work out for like 1.5 hours. I don't think there's a magic number, just do the shit you need to do.

A tip jar on the receptionists desk would've made this better
am:1hr 30 minute spin class or run
Pm: Gym
repeat 6x weekly. 6th day is only cardio.
