Why do some people have pecs like ops, but bench so little. I weigh 165, I'm 6'0 and can single rep 190. Yet I look weak as fuck, why?

my pecs look very slightly bigger than yours and I rep 295

chest is a lot about genetics, though ive never ever done any hypertrophy work for it nor any isolations
