Eat more fibre then ya silly boy. You shouldn't be eating so much protein that it's displacing your veggie/fruit/grain/whatever source of fibre quota for the day

Psyllium husk capsules have helped me. I actually need to order more, so thanks for the reminder. I try to get enough fiber in my diet, but it's not easy since I target around 200-250g of protein and I only have 1900 calories to do it.
